To make the tastiest, creamiest mushroom sauce is quite simple and it only takes 6 basic ingredients! Yum Mushroom Sauce Serves 2 Cooking time: 10 minutes Ingredients 1 Tbsp butter 150g mixed button and wild mushrooms, cut into quarters, the more exotic the better 1 garlic clove, crushed 200ml fresh cream 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt Method 1 Fry the mushrooms in butter on a medium to high heat. 2 Add the crushed garlic to the mushrooms. 3 Pour the fresh cream over the mushrooms and reduce until thick while stirring. 4 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
